1- Contribute in rehabilitation, advancement and development effortsthrough generatingevidence and promoting evidence-based best practices, and implementing communitydevelopment projects

 

2- Create job opportunities for Afghans especially youth and newly graduates and assist them to enter into job markets and as a result obliquely contribute in promoting peace and stability in Afghanistan

 

3- Promote decentralization through promoting local level Civil Society Governance, building local capacities,  at local, national and international so that developmental projects aimed at Community Development are implemented smoothly at the grass root level

 

4- To establish networking at national and international level through identifying and cooperating with sister organizations having similar Mission, Vision and strategic objectives at global level
